twelve ❄️ twenty-two

Well wouldn't you know it's 12/22... exactly one month after the incredible Lokah launch party on 11/22 and I just so happen to feel like today is the day to share about this amazing experience and a little about what's next for Lokah (and Me!).

First of all this experience was everything and MORE than I could have hoped for. I learned SOOO much leading up to this gathering and of course learned so much through and afterwards as well.

As I reflect on this past month I see it's been about integrating a lot that I have been working through as well as just fully embodying Lokah and my purpose.

I could not have created such a beautiful evening without the magical sisters I have connected with here in Florida 🇺🇸 as well as my daughter, and my closest friends from back home 🇨🇦

I am so fucking grateful that I took the risk to do things different. I really leaned into my feelings while organizing this one-of-a-kind experience and I'm so glad I did.

My vision is to continue to create experiences like this in community so we can all get accustomed to women uniquely caring for themselves week to week.

BY turning INWARDS, aligning with our own cycles and providing our mind, body and spirit with what’s needed in each phase of our menstrual cycle.
