Our mission at Lokah is to provide a container for beings to create regenerative wellness by aligning with the rhythms of nature, harmonizing with their soul's purpose, and cultivating right relationships with all.

Welcome to the Journey of

EMBODIED RECONCILIATION

Where Regenerative Wellness guides us toward true reconciliation with ourselves, others, and the land.

Together, we will explore:

  • Self-Healing – reclaiming your wholeness by shedding colonial identities and embracing authentic connections.

  • Embodiment – being present in your body and surroundings, aligning with your true needs and desires.

  • Reclaiming Sovereignty – rediscovering your purpose and stepping into your power.

  • Cultivating Right Relationships – building respectful, equitable connections that promote healing and honor diverse worldviews.

I will guide you through creating your own personal framework, aligned with the rhythms of nature by;

💫  Teaching you the basics of cycle-syncing

>> aligning your life with the rhythms of nature, such as:

  • circadian rhythms (24-hour cycles, e.g., the body's "24-hour internal clock");

  • infradian rhythms (cycles more than 24 hours but less than 1 year, e.g., menstrual cycle, lunar cycle);

  • annual rhythms (seasonal cycles e.g., spring, summer, autumn (fall), and winter);

💫  Supporting you, as you create an embodied life through movement + self-healing.

>> topics of exploration include (but are not limited to):

  • movement (e.g. yoga, dance);

  • pleasure (e.g. tantra);

  • nature (e.g. outdoor sports, cold exposure);

  • nourishment (e.g. intuitive ingesting);

  • relationship (e.g. dismantling colonial identities while cultivating intimate and right relations with self + others).

Participate in a Way That Honors Your Capacity

Financial contribution is flexible – pay what you can.

This offering includes:

  • 6 bi-weekly sessions (in person locally or via Zoom), with ongoing voice and text support between sessions.

Every journey is unique, and each session will be tailored to honor your personal path
