What is joy-led entrepreneurship and how is it different than regular ol’ entrepreneurship?

Joy-led entrepreneurship requires two fundamental components: (1) a business inspired and motivated by joy and (2) complete trust and faith that, that is enough. Money is not the driving force, profit is not the motivator and “success” is defined by following your souls purpose rather than “getting rich” in a material way. Of course profit is relevant, but it is not the motivating factor, it is instead a byproduct of passionate purposeful business.
