Through discovering what brings you joy and exploring ancient and modern philosophies, spiritual practices and traditions and various soul-connecting exercises (astrology, human design, archetypes etc) I will hold space for you to remember and integrate ways to connect with your truest self and support you in better understanding the things you are drawn to so you can more easily embody who you are ✨
